The MCCV has recently expanded their services to provide additional assistance to the Maltese Community members who are over 65 and reside in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
This program is here to assist you with daily tasks that you might find difficult to keep up with. The MCCV can send a Maltese speaking person to your home to help out with:
- Dish washing
- Clothes washing
- Shopping for food or other items
- Other household tasks
These services are very flexible and can be adapted as your needs change. We will discuss which day or days you prefer to have someone come to your home to assist you. You can also have short term assistance if you are not feeling well or come home from hospital and need some time to get back on your feet.
There is a fee involved with provision of these services and this depends on which service you require and how often these services are delivered. All fees will be discussed with you before you start our programs.
