The Maltese and ethnic communities in Victoria have lost a passionate advocate for the migrant cause. Victor Borg died peacefully last month in Melbourne surrounded by his family after a short illness, aged 78. He was arguably the most inspiring and charismatic leader that the Maltese community in Victoria has ever had.
